Miranda Miller first became interested in the EDI space when working as the project manager for the Canadian Collaboration for Child Health: Efficiency and Excellence in the Ethics Review of Research (CHEER), a Canada-wide initiative on a mission to improve child health by streamlining research ethics review for child health research. Having worked in the research ethics space for a number of years, what started as a dive into EDI in research ethics has developed into a personal commitment to her EDI journey.
