Charles Victor

Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships and Digital Services, ICES

Charles Victor is the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships and Digital Services at ICES. For the past 10 years he has overseen the development of and operations for ICES Data and Analytic Services (DAS). The DAS department supports Ontario researchers and knowledge users external to the institute to access data and evidence. In addition, he has over 20 years of experience as an epidemiologist and biostatistician providing methodological and statistical support to research teams. As an Assistant Professor (status-only) at the Institute of Health Policy Management and Evaluation, University of Toronto, he is responsible for the development and delivery of advanced biostatistics in the clinical epidemiology curriculum.
