Monisha Nundy

National Operations Strategist, Site Management, Bayer Inc.

Monisha Nundy is the National Operations Strategist for Bayer Canada’s Clinical Operations Site Management team. An MD who joined Bayer in 2015, she brings more that two decades of leadership across healthcare, business, clinical research and operations.

Her therapeutic experience spans oncology, nephrology, cardiology, and rare disease. In her current role, Monisha champions and supports national strategic iniatives (ACT,CTO, CATALIS, Alberta Innovates) to streamline clinical trial processes, accelerate study start-up, and attract high-quality trials to Canada. Driven by a clear purpose to deliver new treatment options to Canadians, she strives to foster and promote innovation, collaboration, and a culture of trust across teams and partners.
