Dr. Manoj Lalu
Dr. Manoj Lalu is an Associate Scientist at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute Clinical Epidemiology and Regenerative Medicine Programs, an Anesthesiologist at the Ottawa Hospital, and an Assistant Professor at the University of Ottawa Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He leads the Blueprint Translational Research Group with Dean Fergusson, which is focussed on methods to improve the speed and success of bench-to-bedside translation. This has involved engaging patients as partners for several clinical trials. For research projects involving patient engagement, he is currently funded by Genome Canada, BioCanRx, and the Ontario SPOR Support Unit.
