Megan Bettle

Megan Bettle is the Executive Director for Clinical Trials at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), where she is responsible for the implementation of the Clinical Trials Fund under Canada’s Biomanufacturing and Life Sciences Strategy as well as the development of broader clinical trial funding policies and strategies. Prior to joining CIHR, Megan worked at Health Canada, where she held a variety of roles in drug regulation and policy. She has a PhD from the Department of Pathology at Queen’s University, and completed post-doctoral research in the genetics of rare diseases.
